Community Outreach Services-Immanuel Children's Village was officially opened in May 2002 by Prime Minister Hun Sen. To date, we have more than 100 children ages ranging from 7 to 18.

COSI Children's Village aims to give children an opportunity to grow physically, spiritually, emotionally and socially, and to enable them to reach their God-given potential, to the end that they become useful citizens of the Kingdom of Cambodia and of the Kingdom of God. We take in children from ages 6 to 12 and they stay with us until the age of 18 or until they have finished their basic education and acquired a skill. It also seeks to reach out to the 5 surrounding villages in the Toul Prich commune by way of medical and other social outreach programmes.

Emmaus Women's Centre was spearheaded by the Rev Kevin Lowe, Miss Carol Loh and Miss Betty Ng in August, 2004. It was then known as the Women's Shelter. The ministry has been helping unmarried women from the age of fourteen to twenty-four to acquire the skill to make clothes.

In September, 2004 it moved from Tuol Kork to its new premises at Beung Anchagn Village, Angsnoul District. The young women are brought to us by their pastors or friends/relatives. They have to stay with us for about a year to complete the basic dressmaking course. During devotion and vesper, they are taught the Word of God. Now and then teams of ladies from Singapore come to teach them other skills that will enable them to earn a living when they go home. After they have obtained their certificate of completion the women are sent home to help their families and to to be witnesses for Christ in their villages.
